AAM and the Diesel Pro Network exclusively support products and suppliers that comply with federal, state, and local emissions laws. We do not sell, advertise, promote, or provide training for products that are illegal for on-road use, violate Clean Air Act regulations, or are sourced through unauthorized or non-compliant channels.

Any reseller, installer, or shop engaging with AAM programs is independently responsible for verifying product legality and ensuring that all parts they purchase, install, or sell comply with applicable emissions and environmental regulations. AAM assumes no responsibility for the actions, purchasing decisions, or installation practices of third-party shops or distributors.
